Program's objectives:
- Gaining knowledge of theoretical concepts, types, mechanisms, dynamics, distribution and consequences of domestic violence;
- Understanding the basic principles in dealing with the phenomenon of violence;
- The adoption of of standard processes and procedures in work;
- Acquiring skills in identifying violence, estimating the degree of threat, emergency planning, documenting violence and keeping records;
- Introduction to responsibilities in the actions of the relevant services;
- Recognizing and understanding the specific mechanisms of power and control.

- Increasing the understanding of the importance of multi-sectoral planning and implementation of measures to protect victims of domestic violence;
- Increasing the skills for organizing case conference (implementing regulations, processes and procedures).
