1. Expert meeting with legal professionals in the field of Family Act: "PROTECTION AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BY FAMILY ACT"
Program's objectives:
- Informing about the obligations of the state and state authorities in accordance with ratified international documents;
- Getting to know the shapes and dynamics of domestic violence and the characteristics of the victim and the perpetrator;
- Consideration of the problem of legal practice in litigation for protection against domestic violence and the position of the victim of domestic violence in exercising their right to protection.
Program duration: 1 working day (5 working hours)

2. Expert meeting for judges and experts of special family departmants in CSW: "PARTNERSHIP PROCEEDINGS AND THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD - PROBLEMS IN THE ASSESSMENT AND POSSIBLE MANIPULATION AND ABUSE OF CHILDREN IN PROCEEDINGS"
Program's objectives:
- Introduction to the the formation of the concept of 'the best interests of the child' and comparative legal interpretation and application of this standard;
- Consideration of reality - adults / children;
- Difficulties professionals in the work and decisions in difficult cases;
- Introduction to the theory of 'attachment' ';
- Understanding the divorce, changed roles and position of children;
- How to help the family in the process of divorce - domestic and comparative solutions.
