Program's objectives:
- Systematization of knowledge about mechanisms of action and the psychological trauma of domestic violence as a prolonged traumatic experience;
- Gaining knowledge about the basic elements necessary to establish an adequate consultancy relationship with the victims of violence and an understanding of the principles governing the consulting work;
- Gaining insight into the value system of victims of violence and professionals to act to protect victims of violence;
- Introduction to techniques for conducting the first interview and techniques of active listening.

Program's objectives:
- Acquiring skills to recognize violence and establishing contact with the perpetrator, to establish boundaries and rules in the relationship between professional workers and perpetrator for applying standard social intervention in the function of controlling violent behavior;
- Understanding the relationship between the perpetrator and professional workers in the center for social welfare;
- Adopting the key principles, rules and techniques in dealing with perpetrators;
- Adopting the skills for organizing treatment of perpetrator in the center for social welfare;
- Adopting the rules for the establishment of security / safety of professional workers.
