WE SHALL REMEMBER THE YEAR 2024 FOR

• the largest protests by citizens across Serbia against lithium mining in the Jadar valley
• the decision of the Constitutional Court on the assessment of the constitutionality of the Law on Gender Equality (adopted in 2021)
• the fall of the canopy at the railway station in Novi Sad, which killed 15 people, including children and young people, and seriously injured two people
• the most massive, incredibly creative and democratically organized student protests in Serbia, demanding justice and that the institutions do their job
• two successful and award-winning campaigns of AWC: Swear on the Law and Make What’s Hers Truly Hers Again
