We inform the public that the Working Group of the Ministry of Justice, even after all our appeals and a petition signed by 21,731 citizens, did not propose the adoption of a new criminal offense that will make any misuse and unauthorized sharing of intimate recordings a criminal offense. There is currently a public hearing related to the proposed amendments to the Criminal Code, which lasts until Friday, November 1, 2024.

Therefore, we suggest that you join us and submit a proposal to the Ministry of Justice for the introduction of this new criminal offense. The proposal is to be submitted on the prescribed form, the content of which we have filled in, but you can modify and supplement it with your own information if you wish. It is necessary that you enter your data at the beginning of the form and submit the form no later than November 1, 2024. to the email address konsultacije@mpravde.gov.rs. In the subject line of the email, state "For public discussion - Criminal Code".
