The Autonomous Women's Center submitted information to the competent Ministry and professional bodies in social protection, as well as to all social welfare centers, about the problematic promotion of the concept of "equal parenting", as well as the related concepts of "parental alienation" and "high-conflict divorce" through conferences, professional meetings and education for professional workers in social welfare centers, in reaction to the information from Slovenia.

The Ministry of Labor, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities of the Republic of Slovenia withdrew the status of a non-governmental organization of public interest to the DOOR Company (granted in February 2022). The members of this association are mostly fathers who are in favor of changing the family legislation, according to which, after the parents' divorce, the child would automatically be "equally (in a balanced manner) entrusted" to both parents.

In the text of the TV Slovenia journalist, the reason for withdrawing the status of a non-governmental organization of public interest from the DOOR Society is stated: "After a detailed investigation, the Ministry concluded that the association does not meet the requirements for acquiring the status of public interest." More precisely, that the association does not exceed the interest of its founders or members and is not generally useful".

Also, the text indicates that since 2021, this association has participated in the education program for social workers at the Social Chamber of Slovenia, despite the fact that the President of that association was twice sentenced to a suspended sentence for domestic violence in the past period. The competent Ministry believes that this is unacceptable and that people who have been convicted of domestic violence cannot teach others how to solve the problem of domestic violence.
